Sir,

I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of 1937 your Despatch No. 13 of the 18th. January, 1916, informing me of the death of Mr. S. A. Neville in the Hospital of the Liverpool Homes for Aged Mariners and to inform you that I have directed that the Crown Agents shall be requested to pay the funeral expenses incurred by the Institution in addition to the annual contribution for 1916.

The contribution will be discontinued at the end of the current year,
